After processing, your order will be shipped. Standard delivery takes 5-12 business days within the United States.

Total timeline: Your order should arrive within 6-15 business days from the date you placed it.

*Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location and carrier schedules.

Where Can I Find My Tracking Number?

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email notification titled "Your CloudOne Order Has Shipped!" (or similar). This email includes:

How Can I Track My Order Status?

Tracking your order is easy! You have two options:

Option 2: Visit our tracking page and enter your tracking number manually

When Will My Tracking Update?

After your order ships, tracking information may take 24-48 hours to appear in the carrier's system. This is completely normal!

Once tracking activates, you'll see regular updates as your package moves through different facilities on its way to you.

My tracking hasn't updated in several days. What should I do?

Don't worry! Sometimes tracking can experience delays in updating, even though your package is still moving. This can happen during:

  • Weekends and holidays
  • High shipping volumes
  • Weather events
  • Transfers between carriers

If your tracking shows no movement for 7+ days, please reach out to us and we'll investigate with the carrier.

Can I change my shipping address after ordering?

If you need to change your address, contact us immediately at support@getcloudone.com. We'll do our best to update it, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order has been processed.

My order is taking longer than expected. What now?

While rare, delays can happen due to carrier issues, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. If your order is significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery window:

  2. Contact us with your order number and tracking info
  3. We'll work with the carrier to locate your package and find a solution

What if I ordered multiple items?

If you ordered multiple products, they may ship separately depending on warehouse availability. You'll receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment, and items may arrive on different days.

🚨 Issues with Your Delivery?

My Package Shows "Delivered" But I Didn't Receive It

If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package:

  1. Check around your property: Front door, back door, garage, mailbox, or with a neighbor
  2. Ask household members: Someone else may have brought it inside
  3. Wait 24-48 hours: Carriers sometimes mark packages as delivered early
  4. Contact the carrier: Use your tracking number to inquire with the delivery service
  5. Contact us: If you still can't locate it after these steps, email us within 7 days

My Package Arrived Damaged

We're so sorry if your package arrived damaged! Please:

  • Take photos of the damaged packaging and product
  • Keep all packaging materials
  • Email us at support@getcloudone.com within 7 days
  • Include your order number and photos

We'll send you a replacement right away or issue a full refund - your choice!

My Package Is Lost or Stolen

If you believe your package was lost or stolen:

  • File a report with your local police department (if stolen)
  • Contact the shipping carrier with your tracking number
